Our Optometrists are Therapeutic Optometrists & Glaucoma certified. They specialize in Routine eye care, Contact lens and gas permeable fittings, Bi-focal contact lens fitting, Kerotoconus fittings, Ortho-K fittings and Vision Therapy.

Our Doctors work very closely with NUVISION, TLC and VISO LASIK MEDSPA centers co-managing Lasik procedures which includes pre –op and post -op care.

Richard Bell, OD

Dr. Bell was born in Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from Monterey High School in Lubbock and is a graduate of Texas Tech University where he received his degree in mechanical engineering.

Upon graduating, Dr. Bell moved to Houston and worked as a NASA Engineer at the Johnson Space Center. After 2 yrs at NASA, Dr. Bell attended the University of Houston where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1985.

Dr. Bell is a member of the Bexar County Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In his spare time Dr. Bell enjoys spending time with his family and boating at lake LBJ.
